Join us for a convivial and enjoyable few hours learning while we sniff, swirl, and sip our way to an understanding of the basics of wine. In a well-paced course you’ll learn how to taste, what to look for when buying, as well as gaining a good basic knowledge of Australian wines.

I offer several different types of wine courses to fit your personal
objectives and schedule. There are enthusiast classes which provide
an in-depth snapshot of a wine region, grape, or other wine-related
theme in one or two sessions. We also offer comprehensive,
